DOT Annual Random Testing Rates for 2025 Announced.
PHMSA increased testing rates to 50%, and all other modes are the same as in 2024. The Department of Transportation’s (DOT) operating modes have announced their random drug and alcohol testing rates for 2025. The rates are the same as 2024, except the Pipeline Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), which increased its random drug testing rate to 50%.
